As a member of the executive board Riccardo was a great inspiration for his peers as well as his team. His persistency allowed him to set up a solid finance department and to build trustworthy relationships with our financing partners enabling us to grow.
I worked with Riccardo as Intern in his Finance Team and found him to be extremely sharp-eyed for detail and visionary at the same time with a most impressive business sense. Riccardo also set important initiatives in HR and Legal to drive the business and bring it to the next level. His integrational soft skills created a focused but fun team, I loved to be part of it.
Riccardo served as our Head of Finance and HR, building the team and the required structures after closing our Series B Round. He showed great accounting and financial modelling skills and a strong determination to perfection in all of his tasks. For a Startup cash flow Management is key and we could build on Riccardo to manage our funds and suppliers even in difficult times. Additionally Riccardo was also involved in preparing investor updates and board materials together with the Founders Team. I can recommend Riccardo with great confidence!

While Riccardo worked as a Business Analyst for the GSA video games market, he was my main point of contact to any queries in GSA. I could fully rely on him. Riccardo proved being able to learn complex processes in a short time, create financial excel reports on his own, to multi task and meet tough deadlines during busy periods and and proved great enthusiasm and diligence in the work he was doing.
